You can reach us through our contact page, phone, or email. Once we receive your message, we'll respond promptly to discuss your interests, preferred dates, and rental/service package options. After finalizing the details and agreements, we will proceed with signing the contract and receiving your deposit. At that point, your event date will be permanently reserved in our calendar.

Our pricing is tailored to accommodate the length of your event, the services you require, and any additional enhancements you choose. For a 2-hour event, such as a birthday party or bridal shower, rates start at $750. For a 4-hour event, such as wedding receptions, pricing begins at $1200. We are happy to customize our services for as long as needed to ensure your event is a success.

A 50% retainer fee, along with a signed agreement, is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event.

To increase the chances of securing your desired date, we recommend booking at least six months in advance for your special event. However, early booking is not mandatory, as we understand that some individuals may need to plan within a shorter timeframe. We are committed to working with you. That said, the earlier you book, the better! Larger events and weddings are often reserved up to a year ahead. Please note that March through October are our busiest months, with weekends during this period filling up quickly.

We can serve it all.  Our custom trailer is equipped with two taps, perfect for serving beers, ciders, specialty cocktails, or mocktails. Its refrigerator and coolers provide ample capacity to accommodate a wide variety of beverages, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic. We’re committed to working with you to ensure all your beverage needs are fully met.

We are the ideal choice for a variety of events, including corporate client appreciation parties, team-building activities, bridal showers, engagement celebrations, wedding receptions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, gender reveals, birthdays, graduations, photo shoots, and so much more. 

We proudly serve the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and Northeast North Carolina. Additional mileage charges may apply depending on the event location, which we will discuss during your consultation.

Absolutely! We carry both general and liquor liability insurance to ensure the protection of our hosts and guests in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 

In Virginia and North Carolina, if required, the event host must hold the alcohol license and purchase the alcohol. We assist with the application process for a 1-day Banquet Alcohol License for your event. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend submitting the application as early as possible—at least 14 days before your event. Once obtained, the license must be printed and displayed at the bar on the event date.

1. No Shots Allowed
   A group ordering a round of tequila on the rocks at the bar is still considered a "shot." While we’re thrilled that your guests are enjoying themselves, an open bar (i.e., unlimited free liquor) requires some boundaries to ensure everyone's safety.
    
2. We Validate IDs
   Serving minors is illegal and something the Pouring Around staff takes very seriously.
    
3. We Will Not Serve Anyone Who is Visibly Intoxicated
   Though it’s not always the most fun part of our job, it’s occasionally necessary. We love when everyone has a fantastic time, but the safety of your guests is our top priority.
    

No, we do not. Space is extremely limited inside our mobile bar trailer, as it is equipped with everything necessary to ensure your guests have an amazing event. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate trash from the event.

Although access to electricity is the most convenient option, it is not a necessity. Our trailer features an onboard power supply capable of silently operating for 4 to 5 hours. Beyond that, all we require is a relatively flat surface for setup and a clear path to tow the trailer into position.
